Shaun came out to install a HCF cable for the NBN as per telstras request. He was here for well over an hour and extremely thorough with testing to ensure our foxtel and my home business would not be interrupted, only to find Telstra had missed a connection that was already there! I offered to pay a call out fee for his time - to which he refused which is rare these days. As a result he now has a customer for life I will always contact him in the future for any jobs I may have. I could not recommend his excellent and honest service enough - thank you Shaun!

Shaun did a great job diagnosing and fixing our cabling issue in our roof, which was causing major internet dropouts.His experience and workmanship was evident throughout and clearly explained how he was going to fix the cabling.We now have close to 50Mbps download and 12mbps upload. I would highly recommend Shaun if you have any internal issues with your internet that the Telco can't resolve.

Receieved a phone quote, technician was out within the hour. The work completed gave us an extra 15mbps for our NBN speed which is exactly what I wanted. Really excellent work and the staff are very friendly!

Great, genuine good value for money service is hard to come by these days. I was so impressed with the effort Shaun went to to fix my problem all at a cost you would pay just for other people to walk through your front door. He wasn't happy until he knew everything was up and running and gave me an unexpected courtesy call later that evening to check my faulty router was one of the causes of the problem. Thanks for the fix.

Shaun went above & beyond to help us put in a new phone line. Our front garden was a nightmare to dig as there had been concrete & bitumen buried under the lawn but he was so professional and had the line done in no time. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

It is imperative that we have a reliable and fast internet speed because my two daughters do 'Online Schooling' from home and rely on it! Shaun spent the time to work out the best and most cost effective solution. When quoting, he stayed until he had a temporary solution for my daughters until he could come back to do the job a couple of days later. He obviously knows what he is doing, is professional and goes the triple mile to make sure he has everything working correctly.I had a quote for $1500 - $1800 (and that was just for the internet problem) from another well known and very well marketed Perth cabling service company. They also tried to charge me $99 for the time they took to quote saying it would come off the final bill!! Fortunately, this rang a few alarm bells for me so I got a second quote from Shaun, he sorted both my internet and TV (multiple points) for a third of their quote!Shaun was honest (he was not trying to scam or up-sell), very capable, cleaned up after himself and obviously cares about his customers.I can’t recommend Absolute Cables & Communications highly enough!!

Its a rare treat to find such outstanding customer service these days . Sean is one of those professionals that you will go out of your way to recommend . He went above and beyond with our tricky cabling job that had been a shambles from previous bad workmanship . He even sourced a router that was not available in our area and went to pick it up himself so he could finish the job on time . Gave us a call the next day to check all was to our satisfaction . Can't remember the last time a tradesman EVER did that .

Massive thanks to Shaun who resolved our NBN wiring logistics with professionalism. Having an HFC NBN installed by NBN Co from the main line in, I encountered an issue where there was no obvious way to connect the supplied Co-Axial modem through to the router. In my mind - I thought I'd need new cabling run through to the adjoining room, a solution which has proved a headache previously. Shaun however, thoroughly assessed the situation and ascertained that a more cost effective and less invasive solution was available involving looping the co-axial line in through to an existing output. Saving both time and money - I can't thank Shaun enough for resolving the problem for us.Thanks!
