I have experienced a lot of massages and this was by far the best one! The most personalised beautiful experience, just what I needed! Such a welcoming and tranquil space and the shirodhara was so beautiful..I feel so balanced and cannot wait to return.

I absolutely loved my foot & calf massage today after coming back from my overseas trip. My ankles & calves were swollen and tight and Angela reduced all of that considerably. I also love Angela’s Body massages & will look forward to a two hour powder & body massage in a couple of days time. Angela is so calming, knowledgeable and very good at what she does. Thank you!

On Saturday I had the most amazing facial with the lovely Angela. The products she used smelt so yummy and felt incredible on my skin. Her studio is the most welcoming and calm space. Angela explained everything she was applying to my skin and the benefits. I felt totally relaxed and in very good hands. After my facial and in the days following my skin has been so soft and not oily at all. Hands down a 5 star experience. I'm booking in for a massage next. Can't wait!

The full body Abhyanga massage that I had with Angela last night wasn’t just a massage, it was an ‘experience’. It was so nice to be able to start winding down from my busy day with a chat before my massage - it was like having a mini counselling session with a close friend! And it was interesting discussing what my niggling joint pains could be representing from a holistic perspective and with Angela’s knowledge of and passion for Ayurveda. During the massage I finally understood what it must be like to be my cat or dog when I give them head rubs on the couch - Angela made my head feel like a connected part of my body and not a separate body part, and throughout the whole massage I felt so nurtured and comforted. It really did feel like the comfort and love of a mother’s touch. Also knowing that Angela was working on my Meridien lines made me feel like I was getting so much more out of the massage than purely just relaxation. From the cozy sheet, fluffy blanket, heated bed and hot towel, to the warming and relaxing herbal tea at the end of my massage, along with Angela’s passion and knowledgeable insights of Ayurveda, all combined to create an amazing experience you simply shouldn’t deny yourself - to feel and experience this level of comfort and attention in today’s hectic life is not a luxury, it’s a necessity.

From the moment Angela opened the door to Her Soul Temple I knew I had found the right place to help with my migraines. Angela was professional, and very knowledgeable, she took the time to discover exactly how to help, and explained the treatment. The treatment room was immaculate with a very comfortable relaxed atmosphere . Angela’s pressure was spot on, and she checked in regularly to make sure I was ok.I left feeling so much better and completely relaxed.
