Used Adrian at AGA to fix up a wall in my garage renovation. Turned up on time brought all materials and cracked on with the job with no fuss, also helped me with another small job at the house whilst he was there.Finish of work is excellent and his rate was very fair as well so he will definitely be my tradesmen of choice now for plastering and carpentry.

Adrian built a custom spec office for us (<10m/sq) in a tight space between the house and hedge/fence on a slight slope (and around a downpipe). He was collaborative and involved us in decisions along the way (cladding, floorboards, roof, electrical sockets, insulation) The project was started and pretty much completed on time (6 days). We were happy to paint the interior and exterior ourselves and all the prep involved but if you want this done it needs to be requested from the outset. Overall very happy would recommend and would use again.

I can't recommend AGA property improvements highly enough! I needed my ceiling done from scratch for my 3 bedroom house with everything to be done from installation of new joists, battens, insulation, plasterboards, plastering and sanding. Adrian was punctual and did the job at a very nominal price with excellent quality of work. I would only go to Adrian for my carpentry, plastering and locksmith needs from here on.

Adrian was extremely punctual and delivered on every commitment he made. I had a damaged garage ceiling replaced with new plaster, cornices and painting. His workmanship was excellent and he was friendly to do business with. I would highly recommend him.

After calling around several companies to assess my garage ceiling, Adrian gave me the best price and covered a lot more work compared to other quotes. Their work is very professional and they make sure to tidy up after they finish, which is a plus for me. I have saved AGA Property Improvements for future work around the house as well. It is a good honest company and does the best job for you.

Adrian understood the task and was on time, great communication and very professional. Applied his skill set to create a new fireplace - no waste and super efficient. Even came back on a Saturday to help us out of a jam with some rendering and tidy up on a tricky wall.Would highly recommend.
