We had dinner on Xmas eve. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and had our jackets taken and hung up. The whole time the waiters were always smiling and happy to answer any questions and explain everything clearly. The wine pairing was really really well done. The trout in particular was a stand out dish and the sun-dried tomato tart and oysters were scrumptious. We are happy to come back but the we will need to think about the price as it is even more expensive than the Crown Buffet.

Dégustation-only menu with hits and misses. The prices are high. If you want to blow a lot on dinner there are better places in the area. Much preferred Poly for example.

We had an absolute amazing dinner there. We dined at the chefs table, and I would recommend it. You will have a lot of space and will sit in front of the wine bar.The service and the food were incredible. The restaurant features everything Australian: starting fromgood to wine and even liquor.It’s a set menu but you can add on a few things. I would highly recommend a cheese tart.The wine list is very comprehensive

Late review on dinner at Arthur in 2022. Only set menu available (with additional options / addon) however they do cater for certain dietary requirements. Both food and service were amazing. Recommended!

A bit late posting, but had a lovely lunch date here last year. The food was perfection, each dish was presented beautifully and absolutely delicious. The sauces and flavours for each dish were varied and scrumptious. A cosy atmosphere, charming venue and wonderful service by lovely, friendly staff.

For overall, the food and ambiance was good.However, the duck was slightly over and chewy. In addition, there was too much time gap between each course of food.I reserved a seat at the chef's table, which I thought would be the ideal experience, but everyone's leg kept getting caught on my chair as they passed behind me, including the server.

Great catch up place for lunch with well curated food.I picked this restaurant out of my Sydney long list. I had my hopes up high because I only had one day in Sydney. Wow absolutely no disappointment! My friend, she isn’t really into fine dine but she enjoyed every dishes served on the course menu. Love every effort made and we totally had a really good time!

The best dinning experience we have ever had. My fiancé is a chef in the US and is very critical of restaurants but said “everything was prepared perfectly” and the chefs presented “unique complimentary flavors with each dish”. The wine selection was excellent and paired perfectly with each dish. Obviously we are not from here and are leaving soon but if we could return we absolutely would. It gave us the opportunity to sample new cuisine prepared with excellence and we would recommend Arthur’s to anyone in Sydney

Love love love their food!! Their menus change from time to time but I love what they always put on the plate. Never disappoints. Been here twice.
