Old Management:Had using their service for 2020 and 2021 on June 2021, the previous owner made terrible mistake on my tax report, has to go to another reliable tax consultant to rectify everything. The accountant never reply my messages after the service.New Management:They proactively contact to me to find a solution, we are agree on the solution given. It seems that, compare to the previous owner, this new management is more professional and put costumer as important as themselves .

Bad service.Not provide service base on first come first service. They had been double book for two customers at same time. We are the one first came but haven't got the service first.The tax agent Grace never responded the call or text for any enquire.Different attitude compare to when she started the business few years ago in East Vic park.
