Not good value for money (definitely overcharged me, charged all services as their individual prices), especially for the quality of service.Hair dresser straightened my fringe to cut it, that's a huge no no. The next day, once it had returned to the way it naturally falls it was SOOOOO crooked and had chunks missing all over.Found one staff member to be incredibly rude, especially when I was discussing a future service with them, heard them talking about me as I left.

I asked for a small trim which turned out horrible and uneven. On top of that, the lady was SO impolite during the cut and had to insert rude and sarcastic comments with every opportunity she had. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this place at all.

Horrible place. I’m new to getting my hair bleached but I know the process and the damage it can do. When I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted she straight away said she can do it and to take a seat. After I got my hair done I was wondering why it didn’t look like the picture but instead she told me everything I should’ve known BEFORE THE PROCESS which she was explaining to me after so I was forced to pay anyway for what I got which barely changed my hair and gave me nothing close to what I wanted. I was wanting a platinum blond balayage and knew my hair was dark so it would take multiple processes but the fact she went ahead and gave me something completely different (a splotchy combination of brownish-black, olive green) and to add to that, making my hair look ashy, as though I just put dry shampoo in my hair. Do not recommend going there for the sake of your hair.

I went there to get a haircut just like a trim that’s all, they said the wait is like 10 minutes so I waited but no it was over an hour! It was such a bad haircut the person didn’t part my hair the way I have it, it was all choppy and was so uneven. I also had to sit on a chair that wasn’t cleaned before I sat on it full of hair.

Quite possibly one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. I wish I could give a negative star because the service and haircut were terrible. They charged me $35 for literally an eight-minute haircut. I couldn’t believe it. I am disappointed.A week later, I went to another hairdresser and paid $45 for a men’s haircut, where they spent 30 to 40 minutes on my hair and fixed the horrible haircut from cuts and colours. Please do not go here. This place should not exist.

I go to this hair dresser more than any other, due to their outstanding customer service. As well as the quality of hair cuts and hair colouring.

First time visit. Just had a hair cut, very happy with the results.Friendly staff, lovely lady who cut my hair.Very convenient location within Knox Shopping Centre.

Just in for trim and happy with the results and the price. Really friendly staff...no problem coming here again!

Been going there 8 years I loved rikki , then Nicky , then Tiffany , last time somone cut an did a good job but she’s been off for 2 weeks desperate I went in sat 10 June and the girl did exactly the opposite of what I asked , then got charged $35 will never go there again no apologies , disgusting service that girl should be sacked if I could give a zero rating I would
