Incredible place to be a part of, strong community vibes, very welcoming from all skill levels, workouts change frequently so they don’t get stale or repetitive and the coaches are world class!! The gymnastics side of the gym gives working out a fresh perspective, I’d highly recommend swinging by and trying it for yourself

Performance Playground
I have been training at Performance Playground for the past six months and it has been a rewarding journey. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and there is a good mix of classes for people who want to focus on strength, stamina, or flexibility. As someone who has struggled to put on muscle in the past, I have noticed significant results within a short time at PP. Would highly recommend training here!

Performance playground is a great gym! I love the mix of classes and the coaches are very experienced, friendly and provide excellent guidance and coaching for all of your goals. In addition to being great for your training there is a lovely community that doesn’t feel forced at all!

Performance Playground
I have tried many gyms but this is by far the best! It’s programs are fun yet at the same time good for your body/physique. The environment is social and welcoming, making going to the gym less intimidating but something you truly look forward to. Great trainers with can do attitudes and incredibly encouraging. Highly recommend anyone to give it a go.
