I have changed my previous review from 1 star to 5 as thankfully this post office is now under new management. The new staff are fantastic and don't deserve the poor reviews left about the previous owners. Thank you for changing my multiple previous horrible experiences picking up my mail to a good experience overall.

Please disregard the low rating! Killara PO has new owners now.The service at this little post office is very warm and friendly. The staff always smile and greet me, and are very helpful. They even let me bring my little Dachshund in with me. I never have any problems here. It’s an absolute pleasure to visit this post office.

Fantastic staff and very helpful. Stopped in to purchased a pre paid post bag. Don’t be worried about the previous low rating as they have new owners.
