This shop should be closed down . Rude staff . Long wait times when theres still no other customers around . Disgusting customer service

The girls were very helpful and patient with me to sort out issues setting up my old phone , thanks very much

Terrible service Helen the business manager was very rude and extremely unhelpful, they were deceptive in regard to the $360 worth of free accessories that we could pay $15 a month for 3 years. We will NEVER return with our buiness. Helen, you should not be in customer service.

Only one customer in the shop, waited at the front for long but still not notice by any staff, too busy in chatting. Need to be more attentive and keen to serve.

They will com to us when we ring they are great

Customer service is good staff are helpful and friendly they make sure you get the best deal for you and sign you up for the right phone plan or internet connection I personally can't fault them

The staff here make you feel you've greatly inconvenienced them and put out by just your appearance, hostile, rude, unfriendly, unhelpful. I only come here if I absolutely have too. Sorry I got nothing nice to say about Telstra Biloela.

Terrible experience, very dismissive Staffan the time!!

What an amazing experience at the local telstra shop after getting served by a new trainee and looking at the different makes and models we indicated we would buy that particular phone out right only to be told sorry i cant you need to come back in 30 min asking why we just want to buy the phone no i cant sell it to you... but you just spent 15min showing us the phones we just want to purchase it,at this point the young trainee got uptight i told her she was rood and i was the customer she said i dont care i wouldn't sell you a phone anyway go to Woolworths and get one so we did...but we did go to Betta Electrical to purchase a phone and the lovely helpful store owner indicated we were the second lot of customers today to be turned away from the local telstra shop.What i dont get is business booming that much that we just turn customers away well be sure ill tell everyone and ill never go there again
