I have been using septic solutions for 20++ years. I cannot fault the owner or the service i have received. An odd dreakdown of a pump is fixed without delay. Karly and Susan are amazing secretaries.I would not hesitate in recomending septic solutions to service your waste water system.Very polite and extremely professional service people to check my system.Cheers A. The guy that came out and serviced our septic system is really nice and professional. The lady in the office needs to do a business course. She doesn’t know customer service or customer communication. She’s rude and unprofessional.

We had a septic fault on a Saturday. Rang in the morning and by 12.. Robert came out .. showed and fixed the problem in no time ... very honest and professional guy , nothing fazed him... i would highly recommend septic solutions and espically Robert to anyone .. to the owners Robert is a asset !!!!!
