The staff are always so friendly and accommodating when I drop in. It is very interesting to watch through the glass window as Virginia prepares personalised medicines. The presentation of the store creates a very open and inviting atmosphere, with relaxing music. If you are looking for a more natural/holistic alternative, I 100% recommend Virginia for your tailor made medicine, nutraceuticals and cosmeceuticals.

I went to see Virginia to help with flare up of eczema, food intolerances & poor health. I found Virginia compassionate, supportive and careful in helping treat these conditions as I am quite reactive to many medications. Deserves no stars ……..I walked had a five minutes chat about what would help my Thyroid not a consultation booked . I bought 2 bottles of tablets and I was charged $431.00 I have rung up and I was told I was charged as it was regarded as a consultation. I am so angry still after all this time . Please check your dockets .I have to give a star as otherwise they won’t post it

Virginia was lovely- at first. But be warned- that if you ask what ingredients things are made with- she gets abit snubbish with you- she doesnt like to listen to the customer when a customer is complaining of having reactive symptoms. Nor does she want to share what 'base' a mixture is made with so i know what to avoid if i went elsewhere. And mind you in a matter of 2-3 wks she wanted to charge me DOUBLE the cost all because i made a call and said i seem to be feeling weird and having symptoms and her response was oh i was giving you a discount before" so i dont find her very professional or caring for peoples health at all. She is way dearer than other places in port also. Shes a load of rubbish and her attitude was completely out of line. Business wont last long for her

Provides the professional service advertised, however, felt pressured into purchasing extra products inorder to have the pharmaceutical service provided. Very expensive, felt taken advantage of.
