never ever coming back to here. I’ve had my car service done then found out they lost my antenna, got my antenna after a couple weeks and they misplaced the seatbelt which very dangerous. after the seatbelt fixed. the car got scratch when I collected again. really2 upset and dissapointed. not a professional. don’t go there folks. a small workshop worth than this company. you know what I mean once you’ve experienced it.ps: I paid for service and it’s not free. so do the job properly!

My mother received her first new car at the age of 80.The process was seamless and the salesman John Paul could not have been more helpful. He thoroughly explained all aspects of the car ,both at point of sale and also upon delivery. John Paul did an amazing job and we are extremely thankful

Average experience at best. Sales agent delayed settlement and significantly impacted my work by failing to provide my bank with the tax invoice to settle funds. Car was only 3/4 full and I had to drive back to dealership to get the car filled to full tank as per contract.Would never buy another vehicle from this Kia dealership again. On a positive note, their business manager Jeanette Ivsic is fantastic at her job and customer relations. Definitely recommend her services for financing!

We were greeted by Tony in Sales who was very friendly, kind and helpful. He found the exact car we wanted and it was in stock. We first visited on a Saturday and Tony had it ready with the tint applied by the Tuesday afternoon. We were then passed on to Alena in customer service who helped us with extras options. She then sent us through to Jeanette who went above and beyond to turn around financing for us. When I came in on the Tuesday to collect, Shaine went through all the internal controls with me. The staff at Sutton’s Kia are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently purchased our new Kia Sorento and this dealership was top notch! Great experience dealing with the guys. Syed went above and beyond to make sure we purchased the model and color we were most comfortable with. He gave us suggestions, advice and kept us informed on the progress once we ordered the car and he is helping us to chase the delivery of the tow kit with Kia Australia. Excellent customer service!Tony, the sales person, was very knowledgeable about many different car models which really helped me make my decision. He was able to answer all of my questions in a way I could understand.He was also able to help me book a test drive with no hassle.On the day I picked up my car, they've wrapped up my new car so nicely and even gave it a nice, huge red ribbon! I felt like I had received a big present and it was definitely a huge surprise as I've never gotten this experience before from other car dealerships.On the day of pick up, Shaine was the one to present me this surprise, and he also gave me additional information about my new car and showed me the internal components of the car that I would've been unsure about.They've also went above and beyond with a video presentation of my car sent to my email! The video was of my new car with Shaine explaining that internal components of my car, which was very informative.Overall, one surprise after the other - I am very pleased with their service.

Be weary and very careful. You will be treated like royalty for a sale, but it's a different world afterwards.Very helpful in providing information but there is no communication or teamwork. Every salesman is after their own commission.My experience is that I enquired as soon the business opened about a used car I saw posted for sale online the previous evening. I asked about service history and all information was sent to me by the assistant. I was then contacted by the sales manager". He sent me his business card and personal mobile number. I lived over an hour away and asked if I should go that day to inspect. He told me I had go wait for their workshop inspection before I could it would be available for sale and test drive
