The Cheesecake Shop

Charge 15 dollars delivery fees but late for half an hour. The location is just 4 mins drive away from cake shop. Fruit cake is not as good as I expected. Only strawberry on top. cake is frozen.

So I have a short period of time to make a miracle happen by way of a cake, but The Cheesecake Shop helped me out more than I expected. Thank you Matt for helping me make the right selection of cake for my sons birthday. He loved the design and the taste was amazing! So quick and convenient. Will definitely be back!

Turned up to pick up my cake yesterday and was horrified to find that the cake was covered in whipped cream not butter cream which was requested talked to the chef about this and he was very apologetic however given the short time frame till the cake was needed, there was nothing that could be done. He advised that he has to do what his boss says. When I ordered my cake I was very specific showing photos of what I wanted and everything. Was disappointed in the price of $170. So brought the cake home and in the 700 metres I live from the shop, the cake had slipped due to it not being stabilised with anchors of sort in the middle, get home and scrap the cream off the cake to try and rectify the disaster and Find that I don't have one cake I have 2. A caramel mud cake iced and a chocolate mus cake iced dumped in the middle. This is something I could have done myself for 1/2 the price instead went to the professionals to get a cake done. So angry and disappointed with the presentation and the state of my cake. I want a full refund of $170 plus the cost of items needed to make the cake presentable for a birthday party of $30. Total $200. I will take this further if need be as I know other people that similar things have happened to them and this should not be something that is allowed to continue.

Came in today at the last possible minute in a panic as I had forgotten Mums birthday cake. The shop was already closed but they still served me and even took the extra time to decorate a message. To be clear at that point after rushing back into town I would have accepted a generic cake of any sort; but the fact that the staff went the extra effort, without me asking, even though it wasn't required deserves an extra round of applause. Outstanding customer service. Big thanks, you saved the night. Oh and as always it tasted bloody amazing.

Not good, didn’t look like photo i showed them. Incorrect writing and wasn’t frosted properly. Waited an extra hour than I was supposed to. Paid $90

Although there is nothing wrong with the product, in fact it is excellent. However what does it take to get what you have ordered and paid for, several days in advance, when you go to collect your items?The Wagga outlet has let my family and myself down on a couple of occasions now.It is too late to make changes at the time of collection as there is usually only a small window of opportunity before the event.What is the problem guys?

Ordered a caramel mud cake for an official event and the cake was great. Everyone (50 people) loved the cake. Excellent service too, not sure of all these negative comments as the service was great too. I have bought cakes numerous times from here and have never had an issue.

Bought a cheesecake after looking only, have bought a few in the past as well. The last cheesecake I ordered was different from the picture online. I suggest they keep the website up to date with the changes. Wasn't too much of a big deal because it was one out of 3 cheesecakes I've ordered.They are quite pricy and the chocolate ones are very rich but they still taste very nice and I think it's a fair price. To make a cheesecake on my own it would cost me about the same (maybe $5 less)There are a fair bit of bad reviews but from my experience they have been a 4 out of 5
