Bilpin Botanic Orchard

Awesome place to visit. Excellent customer service and the apple picking was so much fun. Highly recommended. You'll find most places have an entry fee and charge for what you pick. We go fruit picking regularly up in Bilpin and this is our favourite place. The quality of the fruit is excellent and there are no crowds. Like any orchard from our experience, be mindful and don't waste fruit or damage branches. Only pick what you are going to take home after all, this is someone's livelihood. Oh, and wear closed toe shoes or even better, gumboots! Happy picking! We'll be back again soon!

I have never been so shocked by bad service in my life. The older male started off nicely enough. Then when my excited 1 and 3 year old children tried to pick apples and accidentally dropped them he became incredibly irate.We were shocked! Will not be back.

Lovely staff! Amazing apples. Quite expensive at $5 each to pick apples plus paying for the apples themselves but it’s not every day you get to pick fresh apples. Happy to pay and support a family business but I think $5 per couple is more reasonable.

The most beautiful and pristine farm I've been to. Sweet and fresh apples. The owners were kind and friendly. We will be returning for more apple picking!!!

We went there during the Easter. The orchard was ran by the beautiful and kind family. The owner took us around the farm on his quadbike. The apple was extremely sweet and huge. We will definitely go back there for sure.

I have purchased their pre-picked apples twice here now and both times they have not been very fresh. It is about the same as Coles / Woolies but way more expensive per kg. When I asked them repeatedly which apples were picked within the week, they refused to tell me. If they are honest with their product, they should be able to be honest with their customers.Entrance fee for apple picking is also $5 per adult so it is expensive compared to other orchards.
