Over twelve years ago I was advised by my doctor to consult Beds for Backs regarding a new bed for a deteriorating spinal condition I was enduring. I was most impressed with the service I received and the quality of the bed.Six months ago I again consulted Beds for Backs in Cheltenham and dealt with Rick Morris, as my physical condition has deteriorated.Rick's understand of my requirements was most impressive and his service has been top class. Beds for Backs is a highly professional, friendly company whose staff are competent and well informed about their products. Easily the best beds and best service. Today I visited the Brighton store to replace my much loved Beds for Backs mattress (16 years old). I found another heavenly bed and I can't wait for it to be delivered. Rithika was so patient and helpful, I am so appreciative. The product is THE BEST Most comfortable beds. I can't sleep on anything else, even beds in 5 star hotels can't compare to my bed. Added bonus of 100% Australian materials and Melbourne factory-made.

My wife and I travelled to Beds for Backs in Brighton recently to collect a pillow my wife won in a radio promotion. I expected we would just collect the pillow and that would be that. However Rick Morris took the time to make sure I got a pillow that really suited me and I was able to make sure that it really was going to be a good pillow. I've been sleeping on my ErgoLife winged pillow for over a week now and have found it really comfortable.

Rithika, the consultant in Brighton branch was one of the best, caring, knowledgeable and considerate consultants.Her purpose was clear and that was focusing on what’s best for the customer (us in this case). Ensuring the product is right for the person and fit for purpose.We had gone to purchase something small but ended up buying so much more just because we felt comfortable and confident she was not there to sell only but to answer our questions and showed us products that was related to our concerns and we ended up with what we wanted and had waited on for a long time!Thank you Rithika!

Rick has exceptional customer service skills. I purchased a bed from him and it was an amazing experience. He took the time to explain the difference in beds and understood my needs. He was not pushy and did not try and sell to me. It was a memorable experience and I highly recommend Rick.

We were fortunate enough to win some pillows on 3AW. We went to the Brighton store and were greeted by Rick Morris. What that man doesn't know about customer service and the right way to sleep on a mattress just isn't worth knowing. We tried our pillows out that very night and I have now learnt how to lie straight in bed.Since following Rick's advice and sleeping with one of their pillows that very night several weeks ago I have never slept so well or woken with a back pain.Rick is awesome ... thanks for the advise
