It is a dog on the Leash area, not the Unleash area. As dog owners, we search for dog keywords to find a good place for him to freely go around, and there is a result. As you know, a dog on leash is a restriction. We know all the city dogs must be on Leash. So I think the name can be misleading people to bring their dog there.
