Hit a kangaroo in the early hours of the morning, hours away from our location. Pulled over to make sure we were okay and offered his help after sitting on the side of the road for ages with no help. Customer service is 10/10! Went above and beyond even after he left the scene and didn’t even get to use him unfortunately!

A big shout out to this business who got us out of a pickle last Friday. Our BT50 broke down 20kms south of Bingara. The NRMA sent out the Car Doctors to pick us up and our caravan and transport us back the 470kms to the Central Coast. Their tow truck driver Anthony was thoroughly professional and made the wet trip home as pleasant as it could be. We were on the last legs of a three month 11,000km trip and were very disappointed for it to end this way. Anthony's empathy and pleasant demeanour is a good reason to recommend this business. Also a big thankyou to Jason, the owner.

They were great. I broke down outside Tamworth. They organised their tow truck to pick me and my car up. They fixed my car that afternoon. While I was waiting they dropped me off at the local shopping centre for a while then returned to pick me up. Could not of asked for better service to assist me. Highly recommend.

We have been going to car drs for years with our different cars service is fine,but timing is not great,my husband dropped the car off at 8am for service and rego check and said he'd pick it up at 4.30pm when he finished work,he arrived and car was still not finished,what's the point in booking times,I understand if there was some type of major issue but there was not
