Ambiance isn't great (no natural light), but the haircut was really good. Bought some cans of the honey energy drink they sell and really enjoyed it.

The young guy that did my hair this afternoon took a lot of care when styling and washing my hair for me. He had his work cut out for him with my thick long hair but he was so patient. Never felt happier with the end result as well as the service. Thank you so much!

Zac is amazing! Truly world class!! I’ve been 3 times already! In addition, the entire team (Zac, Edward and the girls) are very friendly and have managed to create a warm, and comfortable environment for their clients.

I go for the beauty salon, Julie is amazing at what she does & very easy going to have a chat with! Went once for my eye brows now I attend every 2 weeks for my nails.

If you're a; male, under 30, want a basic haircut, and don't want to pay more than the average Joe, then I would not recommend The Firm Hair for you.Techniques used were subpar at best and was left with a jagged fade, uneven side lengths, crooked neckline shave, and even had to go so far as to go to another hairdresser immediately afterwards to fix it.I will not be coming back here.I'll leave one star for the head massage and glass of water - that was okay.
