If I could give Skechers DFO, Brisbane Airport ZERO stars I would. I bought a pair of female sneakers on December 20. It was ordered for me online as they did not have any in store. I was not informed of a delay due to the Christmas/New Year period. I was sent an email with a consignment number, which I found I could not track with Australia Post. I rang Skechers this morning to speak to someone about it and ended speaking to an absolutely incompetent and rude customer service assistant, Yasmin. She didnt know how to help me and kept insisting I log on to the website, click on the contact us" link to track my order. I did that

I went into sketchers and the store was empty except the 2 workers standing at the counter talking. No help was offered and when I stood at the desk holding a shoe waiting to ask a question they were both too busy restocking. I left the store and came back again no help was offered until I had to go up and ask myself in which they were unsure of the type of support the shoe I was looking at had to offer.

Good product but the staff are always rude and uninterested in customers. The new manager is unhelpful and doesn't know what he is doing.Would not recommend going instore - buy online

My husband bought a pair when we were holidaying recently as he works on roofs. The staff were not sure if they had good grip or marked roofs even though they were work boots". He recommends them highly. He even very carefully got on a dewy roof and had no problems. They do not mark either. Better than Dunlops and comfortable."

Not good last time I went in ,the girl was rude,don't wont to help when a friend came into shop went and talked to her.This time a young man help,and he bent over to find the pr I was after,he did find them after 45 minutes looking for them.Now the the elastic brock not even a month old

Overly LOUD music spoils the otherwise 5 STAR rating that I would love to give! (Maybe the young girls chat about social things a little too loudly/ obviously .... but that seems to be everywhere, now days.) Fabulous shoes and great staff .... thank you !!PS Just keep in mind that older people (or those feeling unwell, etc) really struggle to hear/ concentrate against the loud music. We couldn't get out quick enough!
