Thank-you SO much to Seth and the technicians at Leading Edge Computers. Over and above service- not only did they upgrade me to a brilliant refurbished Mac, (that is working so much faster than my old broken HP) but they transferred all my data and files from a HP computer (including my entire hard drive) over to readable and workable files. They even matched the exact desktop from my old computer, a lovely touch that meant that I didn't have to set up anything and was ready to work. Thank-you again- its been a real game changer and `I should have popped in to see you years ago!

PC kept making weird beeping noises and wouldn't boot up. Went to take it in for a repair and clean. They said they found no problem with it, and I brought it home only to have the exact same issue. What's more they didn't even bother to clean it properly, the fans were still caked in dust, it looked almost the same as before. Troubleshooting online led me to find out that I was having RAM problems, and simply inserting and reinserting solved the issue. So I ended up paying for nothing.Edit: If you don't charge for no fault found, then that means you charge $198 dollars for a bad cleaning job.

Could not have been more helpful. My precious photos have been saved and I received plenty of assistance choosing a refurbished laptop I could afford. Pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable. A very positive outcome and experience.

Great, prompt, friendly service and fair price. Came in at 11am for an additional internal SSD install for a notebook. Wasn't sure if it had space for extra storage so a consult was needed. By 4.45pm the entire process was finished. Recommend

My 11 year old Macbook Air recently failed to start up and Seth at Leading Edge was super helpful in guiding me toward the most economical solution to resolve the situation. I'm beyond happy with the refurbished Macbook Air they built me, that came configured exactly like my previous machine, with all data in tack, at a very reasonable cost. They will be my go to experts for future tech needs.

Brought in my laptop a couple years back when the screen smashed to get repaired. Paid $700, and it’s never been fully functional since. I took the laptop back in several times to address an issue where the TouchSense driver kept failing, they could never seem to find an issue with it while it was in shop, however the second I took it home it failed. The screen also kept peeling off due to a poor glueing job which I got ‘fixed’ a number of times also. I eventually got over driving there every week for about 2 months to not have any improvement and just gave up and dealt with my sub par $700 fix. Posting this now because part of the screen just randomly fell off as I opened my laptop and I remembered how much I paid for such a poor job. I’d hope the service has improved since I was last there.

Honest, professional, and very prompt service (took less than a day for my laptop to get fixed). My laptop LCD screen is having lines in the screen every time I turn it on, so I thought the LCD screen was damaged, but they told me that there is no need to have the LCD screen replaced (which is more costly to get a new part), instead they fixed my laptop with the loose screws, which makes them trustworthy. I will definitely come back again for their service for phone and laptop repairs. Highly recommended.
