Very unhappiness feeling . The size is not suitable for the child to need a refund, the clerk's attitude and tone is very unfriendly, and will say all the discriminatory language. She was just whispering to herself.

Very disappointed with the service or rather lack of service I received today.As I waited at the counter with items to purchase two sale assistants were in conversation with each other and continued with their personal conversation whilst one put my purchase through.At no stage did they stop to acknowledge me with a Hello or Thank you.Definitely need to be taught customer service !

Atrocious sales assistant in Robina, not listening to what I wanted and bombarded me with clothes in the fitting room that I really was not interested in. Talked about herself the entire time and claimed she had weight gain when she clearly was a size 6/8. I found it quite inappropriate as I have gained weight yet she claimed to know exactly how I felt. Let me repeat, she was a size 6/8. It really put me off shopping there ever again.

Strolled into Country Road to take advantage of the spend and save offer and was after a few things.. Walked in and the 2 girls at the counter don't even look up at me. Walk past another girl and was ignored. Walk into change room, ignored.. so I left the stuff in the change room and went to Seed...

It saddens me to write this review because I LOVE the Country Road brand (and also dislike writing bad reviews) however unfortunately I have never had a good experience at the Robina store. My advice, head to Pacific Fair! A bigger range & happier team! The staff at Robina are likely to be in conversation with each other, or displaying attitude I can only describe as snobby, condescending & helping you/greeting you just seems way too hard. Hope this helps another fellow shopping / CR lover!

A lovely Country Road store in the Robina Town Centre. Country Road have found their mojo again after being not quite there for a few years. Their range is classical and stylish and I have shopped in here many times over the past year or so. They stock modern clothing, footwear and accessories for all sizes and any occasion. The quality of their clothing is excellent and their range is constantly updated so you can always find something lovely to buy here. The staff are very friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service and product quality at this store every time I shop. Recently I returned a top that I bought over 12 months earlier because the material had faded. I did not expect any credit note due to the age of the garment but the store manager Mel went out of her way to apologise for the fading and gave me a credit towards another purchase I made the same day. Unexpected but very appreciated. Thankyou to all the lovely staff at Robina!
