After purchasing a new camper trailer I was preparing it for my first trip, in the process I realised the electric locks weren't working.Camperact responded and sent someone from Narellan to the central coast that afternoon to fault find and provide a solution to the problem.couldn't ask for better after sales service.Turns out it was user error as where I set up the camper was depressing the lock button and burnt out the solenoids.now I await the parts and repairs.

Excellent service from Camperact - their reputation is well deserved. I picked up my Trayon camper from the Narellan store and was provided an excellent walkthrough plus some great advice. The handover was scheduled within 24 hours of my camper arriving at their location. They even shouted me a coffee at the cafe next door while anchoring the camper to my vehicle. Thanks to Mike and co - excellent service was greatly appreciated.

Had the Stockman Pod Trailer for 2 years and can't fault it. The Stockman Pod Trailer is the original brand that has been around for years and the quality is unrivalled. Do your thorough research on these trailers!The size is just right and we'd never want it any bigger. One of the main reasons that we chose it IS the compact size. It is unbraked so you don't have to upgrade your brakes on your vehicle. If it was any bigger, we'd actually be over-weight.The other feature that is a total game changer is the slide out Stockman kitchen and extremely strong roof top tent frame (see photos below). The frame is made from Australian galvanised steel and can hold some serious weight - not top heavy and no movement at all, important when hitting hard corrugations. There is no ingress of dust into the tub or toolbox and the gas ring/jerry holders sit flush against the body so as not to catch on objects on narrow tracks. No need to strap them either, as they tuck under the lip of the tub to hold them in place.We keep adding to ours; the latest mod will be a bike rack fitted to the drawbar :)We completely customised our pod and Stockman were amazing to deal with before, during and after purchase.There's a lot more current information on the Facebook page > THE STOCKMAN POD TRAILER COMMUNITY!

What a team! I bought my 20yo Tvan Camper Trailer in for a major overhaul and service. Leaks, mould growing inside, kitchen runners that no longer worked, water tank I couldn't access the water from...After a week in the workshop with Mike & Anthony I drove away with a brand new" camper! And the extra touches made Billy T look 20 years younger!!!The recent deluge was a real test.. after nearly a week left in the rain I was keen to get home & open the camper up... not a drop of water inside. So happy with all aspects of my dealings with Camperact

I was after an accessory for a stockman pod trailer. Called up and was told they had what I wanted. I drove 80km round trip to find out they didn't have what I wanted, and I had to convince the main guy that the item he had for me was not correct. He called the supplier and sure enough, it was the wrong product. call me end of next week and it should be here". So I did

We had the privilege of interacting with all the Team at Camperact in Narellan but especially Darren. No question or request was ignored and had quality time devoted to us on initial display and throughout when we purchased a BRS-Pursuit Platinum Hybrid Camper.

Would not recommend the hiring service. At the beginning of the year we were told to call in August about hiring after Christmas. Many, many calls to them (mostly us leaving messages and being told we'd get a call back but never did) only to now be told that the dates we want aren't available (previously I was told the dates wouldn't be a problem at all for us). Really poor service and communication.

Full service performed on our Track Trailer Topaz Caravan in February 2022 - included re-waterproofing of the popup roof and fixing various leaks in our front boxes - also the addition of two additional solar panels on the roof (to add to the original single panel) - leaks have been fixed - confirmed during Sydney's huge downpours in March 2022 - and was able to spend a week offgrid without dropping below 70% battery capacity - very happy with the service - thanks to Mike Grima for all of his advice and to Anthony, the service technician, who actually performed the work - I would give 6 stars if I could.

Unfortunately I have to give honest feedback, that CamperACT staff misrepresented items on a trailer to sold to myself and once my new unit was collected, I immediately commenced having issues. 10 months later we are no closer to complete resolution on a very expensive exercise, sold as premium, Australian manufactured trailer. 10 months of issues with the unit, poor workmanship, poor communication, being mislead and now essentially CamperACT washing their hands of the issue. Extremely unhappy and have had to escalate my matter after being led on for months, to attempt to gain some resolution on it. Extremely poor treatment of someone, especially someone from the industry. No ownership taken by the dealer, just excuses and palming off responsibility to other parties.These are not small dollar items and I did not expect to be treated in this manner by a local.
