Appalling customer service and zero work ethic. When your repair job has been dragging for 6 full days, you ask for an update from the customer service representative and got told they would give you a call ASAP but that never happens. Stay off them if you can!Update (15/02/2017): Chris, the service manager has called me up to personally apologise and provided a resolution to this matter.

Asked for a warranty repair on a relatively new air-conditioning unit that failed under normal use. Poor workmanship, and poor quality equipment must have led to the failure of the A/C unit only then to be asked to pay $286 call-out plus $143 p/h on a technician to repair a faulty air conditioning unit installed by, and supplied by, Ellis Air. No sort of warranty on faulty products/ poor workmanship.Do not use this company.
