Matthew was great.This was my first time ever seeing a wild snake I remembered seeing the business name on a van and jumped on the website to call Matthew. He showed up within about 15mins. Due to no fault of his own we could not locate the snake, I didn’t know to stay and watch it and it seems to have evaded us this time. He was professional, courteous and informative. I now feel better prepared if it happens again. He gave us information on how to keep our backyard snake free (not a snake haven), information about the snake itself (behaviour and habits) and a recommendation for a local business that trains dogs in snake avoidance as our dog was very keen to play with this poisonous nope rope.Very happy with the service and wouldn’t think twice to get Matthew out again (but hopefully we won’t have to)

A tiger snake was on my deck and unfortunately bit my dog. I rang Matthew who was calm and so helpful. Once I got the dog to the vet I contacted him again and he went to my property to access the situation. Despite a through search the snake had gone. Matthew kept me informed of his progress while I was at the vets. I appreciated the follow up and his concern for my dog. It all happened so quickly and was so stressful. Sadly my little dog died.

After spotting a large tiger snake in our shed we called out Matthew. He was very responsive. The snake had disappeared but Matthew was determined to seek him out, emptying the shed and pulling up the floor. Finally he was spotted and retrieved. Matthew did a fantastic job, he remained calm and the snake was removed. This was not an easy job. Matthew charged us what he had initially quoted even though it took him way longer than expected.Highly recommend. Thanks so much for your help Matthew!
