Staff at the WYNNM PLAZA surgery are wonderful. Very helpful, lovely service and not much waiting time. Thank you to you all .

I recently attended this clinic for an ultrasound injection and while the staff were very pleasant. But once the doctor found out I had the ultrasound at sunnybank which is 5 mins from my place and I couldn’t get in till late January, my doctor gave me this practice. He became so rude and unprofessional lt was embarrassing l wouldn’t this guy to anyone

I've had to use a lot of Radiologists over the years and I really appreciated ClinRad. They have appointments from 8am, which is amazing, I have a lot of scans and I hate missing work for them.They had my scans done very quickly. Very efficient. But the staff still chatted to me about their experience and where they are from, so its not a cold efficiency. It was really friendly.The scans are sent to multiple doctors and the hospital often has trouble finding the scans or report when I get to the appointment. ClinRad has a patient portal so I can pull up the scans and report myself and I can download or forward them on. Made my life much easier being able to just forward the scans straight to my surgeon instead of him spending 10 mins trying to find them.I'm loving this Radiology clinic.

Very nice to deal with. Run on-time with their appointments too.

Do not go here very unprofessional staff do not know what they are doing

Fantastic! Super clean, super lovely staff and very efficient. Sam at reception was especially lovely and took extra care and time to make sure it was all sorted for me.

The lady with the glasses at the reception had a bad attitude towards me. No smile, no hello when I entered, so I thought she was busy and took a seat, but then she just said in a rude way so that everyone could hear her can we help you! we can't help you if you go and sit!" I'm not sure

Rooms are nice. Lady at reception very helpful. The Technician who was with me was very informative and helpful.

First impressions last, and as such today was the first and last time I will be going here for any radiology services.I booked 2 different ultrasounds 2 weeks ago (as my Dr wanted one specifically done here) only to arrive today and be told we will not be able to bulkbill both procedures in the same day" so had to either pay for the 2nd or reschedule it for another day. If this is the case why was nothing said when I booked it??It's fine now
