You’d think for a $480 service that they could at least provide a car wash, as other dealerships do (& Skoda have done in the past)Unfortunately all they care about is pushing service packs, upsells and know little about what they’re offering you.Disappointing, after the sales team sell you a positive experience.

I have left these guys a good review when we purchased our SUV from their Hillcrest dealership a few years back. The car responds seamlessly and we never had a problem up until a few days ago when the battery failed. Skoda was quick to remedy the problem and once again I could not fault their service. They went above and beyond for customer satisfaction — a very rare occurrence in recent times. Special mention to Hamish and Damien, as well as Aldo (mechanic).
