Had my service done 31 March ‘23. I was thinking if all that were written on the checklist I wouldn’t be complaining. First the auto start/stop is not working, the car shudders when driving at 100 kph. The airconditioning which I paid extra to be cleaned is smelling awful. Tried calling the number they gave for the feedback, no one is picking up.

One of the best ways to measure a company's worth is in their after sales and service. I found the team at Titan Ford to have a very high level of service. Ryan and Daniel found some historical issues with my Ford Everest and fixed them all under warranty. There was no fuss. Just get on with the resolution which I found totally refreshing. Cannot rate Mark and his team higher. If I could I would. Thankyou for looking after me Titan Ford.

Have been having my car serviced at Titan since purchase, they have always been efficient and upfront with any checks and concerns I’ve had. Easy to use online booking system and no issue when a loan car is required. Looking forward to seeing the renovations take shape as well.

I have recently had to make an appointment for my Ford Ranger into Titan Ford for an intermittent problem with my audio system. The service department was excellent to deal with and very efficient. I had the Ranger back the same day. Thank you Titan Ford, Your service team co-ordinator Ryan and the technician who worked on my car. Very Happy.

Great service from the service centre. Ryan gave me the most helpful and polite service. I had an alarm issue that two other places had said it was just in memory. Ryan researched and informed me what the issue was, costs etc. he explained that the car was safe to drive back to SA so I decided to leave until then. Thanks Titan and Ryan.
