Our new home built by Toto Properties is everything we wanted and expected it to be. In the initial designing phase and through the building phase, we were continually consulted and updated, ensuring the final product was exactly as it should be, and beautiful. Working with Peter and his team was easy, with their expert knowledge in the field, they answered our questions and provided sound advice to help us with our decision making. In a time of uncertainty (Covid-19), Peter was able to keep the project moving along smoothly, with no major delays, and the result that we are in before Christmas, as promised. Living on a sloping block it was hard to find a builder keen to take on works. That's until we met Peter from Toto Properties. Since our first meeting discussing possible renovations Peter displayed a wealth of knowledge and experience. He filled us with confidence and he was excited to take on our project. Peter and his team figured out a extension to incorporate stairs in our small cottage in the Dandenongs to add new bedrooms, bathrooms and increase the living area of our existing home for our growing family. We are totally thrilled with our extension, completed by Toto Properties. Peter and his trade teams delivered a quality build, within the time frame set. We particularly appreciated Peter's responsiveness to texts, emails and calls at all hours of the day and night. He was willing to accommodate our ideas and gave us good advice throughout the process. We are pleased with the quality of the finishes including features like double glazing and square set plastering that were included as standard. Toto Properties completed an extensive renovation which incorporated designing and building internal stairs, turning a storage space under the house into a fully functional laundry, recreational area and rumpus room, building an ensuite as well as completely demolishing and re-building our kitchen and bathroom. Our place was built in 1965 and Toto Properties were able to preserve original features whilst giving it a new modern look.We are extremely satisfied with our renovation. Peter and his team are very professional and take pride in their work producing a very high quality end product.This is a firm with integrity that states facts as they are but also work within budgets to find solutions. We contacted Peter from Toto Properties to complete renovations on a home we purchased. Right from the start Peter was very knowledgeable and helpful with ideas. Toto's property recently helped me renovate my old old house. The house is about 90 years old and was built by my former owner. I have been hesitant about renovating and rebuilding for many years. The problem is not with money, but wanting to maintain its fine wood structure and taste. But everyone knows the difficulty, and all my friends have advised me to rebuild. To be honest, I was always worried when I first spoke to Peter. However, Peter gave me the confidence to renovate the house. After more than a year of work, I am very satisfied with their hard work results and the quality of their work. We added a bedroom, a living room, a new bathroom and a new kitchen and renovated the old bathroom and the old kitchen. Almost half of the house was rebuilt. Making the old house more habitable while also maintaining its aging feel and old American barn style. We are very pleased with this. Thanks to Toto and Peter.
