Rude and unhelpful.

Frank and the team were fantastic. They went above and beyond and we were able to go from quote to fitted blinds within about 3 weeks. Would highly recommend CBD Blinds as the quality of the install and the blinds is extremely high. Absolutely love my remote controlled blinds in the bedroom allows me to be so lazy. If I ever need more blinds in the future will definitely be using CBD Blinds.

Disorganised, poor communication, long waiting times. Missed 2 appointments over 3 weeks. Very disappointed, didn't even make it to getting a quote.

Be pleased you never got the quote from this company. We too had to chase the quote and that should have been a warning. Unfortunately we chose this company and experienced a litany of stuff ups with absolutely no communication from the company about the 3 visits over 3 months ( we were never told it would take 3 visits) to instal outdoor blinds. It was this abject lack of communication which was the most disappointing . We were at a loss after each visit as to why they could not complete the job . And each time our job did not appear to be prioritised at the factory . Fortunately my husband refused to give them the money up front before installation as they requested. At least we had the balance of the money as a lever to get the job done.

CBD Blinds Milton were AMAZING! They helped me select the perfect blinds and curtains for my new home AND offered a great price. They have been easy to work with and willing to make small changes to my curtains to ensure I am happy. I LOVE my new curtains and blinds and couldn't recommend them more highly!
