Very disappointing experience. I decided to support a local business rather than buying online. I called ahead and was quoted a price over the phone, only to find out that it was a very different price when I got there. I won't be back.

Can not recommend this business highly enough. Not enough businesses value customer service over the quick buck anymore. But these guys absolutely do! Have helped me out many times.

Absolutely disgusting service. We wanted to support a small business but the utter disrespect and no communication is abysmal. We had an appointment booked in advance and they refused to come out because our realestate did not pay the last bill from damage to the pool from the last tenant. Instead of chasing up the real estate for the bill or letting us know so we could let the real estate know they decided to be children and refuse to come out to the appointment after we waited for them, on my birthday too!!!! Definitely would not recommend. I can’t believe he told me on the phone that they aren’t coming out on the pre arranged time because of the real estate. Disgusting service.
