Rip off merchantsUsed to use these people as i have a number of apartments in St. Albans. Again as usual not many local plumbers to call on so a strangled market.Last job that broke the camels back:Take back the kitchen copper into wall and replace. Cost over $2000. Smashed up the kitchen brick work to repair and asked if they would would tidy up after and repair the wall they said they would and can install a plate cover after, they said they would instead left a huge hole. When I complained and asked about it they wanted to charge me $500 to install a cover plate.AVOIDThanks google contributions now plumbers ripping people off can come home to roost! Enjoy.

After sending through plans for drainage work to be quoted, it took three follow up calls and nearly a week for mark to reply. Mark was also very condescending on the phone due to my lack of knowledge of plumbing processes. I am very much a supporter of small business but with service like this, I will be engaging other plumbers to complete the work.

Receptionist Katrina is so rude. There is no need to speak down to people. I don't have a hearing impairment. There was no need for her to speak loud and slowly with a condescending voice. I cannot imagine how they get new business when their first point of contact treats potential customers this way.

Had a very knowledgeable guy James attend and did a magnificent job despite it raining off and on in unblocking our drain here in Albion Vic. Price was reasonable and fair for the time taken. Would highly recommend.
