Sculpt Pilates moss vale

Recently started at Sculpt and absolutely love it! The atmosphere and trainers are fantastic and can highly recommend!

I started attending the Mittagong Sculpt when it first opened a year or so ago. The Moss Vale Sculpt Studio is the new baby for Tania (owner). I decided to try the new Studio and it was Tania who took the class, which was aimed more to beginners for Technique. She was very attentive, giving directions on how to use the reformers and the benefits of each exercise. Having done Pilates for many years it’s always good to have form checked (even for this old-timer) and she does just that. Both studios are clean, have great decor and new equipment. The MV studio is smaller so if you prefer the space I’d try Mittagong. The booking system is simple and easy to use and the Instructors are informative and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere and trainers

We are lucky to have a fitness studio of this calibre in Moss Vale. Talented and helpful coaches who give individualised service, a funky atmosphere with gorgeous interiors and great music. A variety of Pilates classes are offered for any standard from beginner to advanced.
