They did a great job on the work itself. Parts they ordered didn't come the day that I was booked for repairs. I'm not entirely sure whether this is something they should have known to foresee & double check or whether it was entirely the fault of the supplier. In any case I was without my Campervan and needed to pay for a night in a hotel. They were friendly and professional but I can't say they went out of their way to help me out in this situation.

If I could rate them higher I would.The staff is amasing! They like to explain things and they are very well organised. No matter how busy they are they will still do everything the way it needs to be done. You get the customer service that's only found in the books these days. Very professional.The actual mechanical service is as good as their customer service ! Very unhappy with the service. I will not take my car back. I just paid $550 for the rude mechanic to tell me they had diagnosed a transmission leak that they diagnosed last time and said would fix at next service, car was not due for service I brought in early and they said will fix at next service

Had major service in Ford Maddington. After the service, we noticed something’s popping by the wheels when stirring the wheel or sometimes when braking. We called them to complain about it and asking us to pay for checkup diagnosis when it was clearly from them that it started popping.

Absolutely disgusting service from Range Ford.I had to wait 7 WEEKS for Range Ford to even look at my car.They apparently fixed my car,didn’t even get it out of their driveway and clearly it wasn’t fixed.$300 just to connect it to a diagnostic machine,charged us $180 just to pull the faulty part out,which they then put back in,reckon they fixed it,clearly it didn’t.Then to fix it properly charged us another $800.Feels like we were ripped off let alone 7 weeks without a car.
