Great option for last minute art-class supplies shopping at National Art School (NAS) site. Convenient prices and discounts for NAS students. Fair price tags comparing with other Art Supplies Stores in Darlinghurst neighborhood. Good experience overall.

A great little art store in the National Art school. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The website shows the store as being Open, closing at 5pm. Based on this information, I drove 30 mins and spent another 20 mins parking, only to be told by security at the door that the store is only open for students. When I explained the situation, they still would not allow me to shop there.

We found this gem of a business within The Rocks and will call in on all future visits to Sydney. Their range of psints is great and we will spend more time checking out their paper range on our next visit. The staff were pleasant and efficient

Inside the NAS, which is what used to be a gaol but is in fact open to the public. It's an art school but the artists don't bite, just glare at you disarmingly. It's just a thing that happens from spending too much time inside your own head. So, you can go here and get your art supplies and the prices are reasonable and the service is helpful. My only criticism is the place is overly crammed with stuff because the shop itself is so small. It's a burgeoning space with a plethora of paints and implements to use those paints filling floor to ceiling walls. There's a whole heap of paper, including the cumbersome A1 sheets and the print making Hanna Mulay, which is expensive. $10 for a sheet of paper. Who knew? Still, if you're looking for art supplies this is the place.
