Singleton Health Service

Extremely rude doctor attended to my pregnant daughter who presented to casualty suffering dehydration as a result of vomiting bug. Why become a doctor if you don't know what empathy is? You're an utter disgrace. Once I've finished posting this review I will be lodging a formal complaint.

Absolutely appalled. Arrogant Drs speaking amongst collegues that my husband should not have come to the hospital, that he should be at the doctors, you would think that the drs at the hospital are aware that medical practices are closed on a Saturday afternoon.We went to the hospital as my husband had a reaction from the pfizer vaccine and we were instructed by our Dr to go straight to the Dr if he had any chest pain (Dr was closed) so we went to hospital as instructed by our Dr. Very rude doctors encountered here, disgraceful. Also drs were not all wearing their masks.

So I came to emergency with quite substantial abdominal pain. And the nurse was like I’ll get u some pain relief while you wait to see a dr. 3 hours later have not received any pain killers and when I asked the front desk about it and how many people were in front of me they were ridiculously rude to me. Then I asked about why I haven’t seen a dr even tho I had been there for 4 hours yet they let everyone that literally just walked in go before me….. I understand your short staffed as I work in a hospital myself and I respect the drs for what they do. But to have a front desk worker argue with me about pain relief that I did not receive….. it’s disgusting and quite rude.

Thanks Angela for helping get my 5 year old looked after fast and well. After the screw around at muswellbrook hospital you don't know how much I appreciate it! god send you are.

A big thank you to the all the staff at singleton hospital from the nurses, physio, O.T ,the tea and meal lady's ,cleaners, ward personnel and security guardsThey all couldn't do enough for me in my 6 1/2 weeks stay at singleton hospitalThey all done their jobs to a very high standardIf I had to choose from East maitland private or singleton it would be singleton hospital hands downI would hope the management will pass this on to the staffWe are very lucky to have a great hospitalCheers Tony wild

I took my son who had been vomiting for hours to the ED early hours of this morningThe nurse that was on was fantastic,chatting to everyone that came inWas very relaxed so made the whole experience less stressful.She was very efficient and did her job well.There was a trainee RN on with her and she was so lovely to her and spoke beautifully to her encouriging her and was not patronising and allowed her to learnWell done.Annette Brown(mother of Sam Brown)

Recommend . I cut my leg with metal and got a wound.med sister was very excited do see that, same time when i was very close do fainted.Friendly and funny med sisters there. Doctor did good work.
