they are total rip off, please don't go to this shop, I bought few things and they didn't even put few items in the bag, i came home and realised that they just took few items out and i have even paid for it.i wish i can give them a negative ratings, even 1 star is too good for them.

Great store with such variety. And the staff are really friendly and willing to help. Especially the young girls behind the counter.

Last week I bought a table and mirror from this shop. The person who assisted me was friendly and helpful. They didn’t have either item I wanted in a box in store but were helpful enough to bring both in a box for me from their warehouse on the weekend. It was a a good experience and I will shop there again.

My daughter was showing me a stuffed monkey in this store because her baby brother loves monkeys and she wanted me to buy it for him. the sales assistant snapped at her ‘are you buying that? If not put it down’! How dare she speak to my daughter that way. It wasn’t glass it was a stuffed toy. My daughter has never broken anything whilst shopping with me and is very respectful in all shops I take her into. She is 9.Also, I was waiting at counter for ages to be served while she spoke on her phone in another aisle the whole time we were in the store. Extremely rude would not recommend supporting this store.

My 7 year old son was treated badly by the sales lady in the shop. We were forced to pay for the stool which my son sat on accidentally. It wasn't broken. Not many people go there.So, she just finds an excuse to sell her stuff. Low quality products, extremely rude sales person. Especially rude to kids. DFO centre management was informed about her rude behavior.

I brought a faulty bad quality lava lamp and was refused a refund, was told it can only be replaced yet they didn't have any to replace it abd the owner is well within his rights to refuse a refund. Under consumer law which they have on their wall it clearly states if there is a problem with the product which means you would not have purchased it originally you are entitled to a refund. Yet I am told the owner does not do refunds even though he is breaking the law. Stay clear of this dodgey business unless you want to be ripped off. Would not recommend anyone to shop here.

Rude staff I am surprised their shop is still 0pen with the way they speak to customers I don't think anyone would return there for a second time I even heard them refusing a refund to a customer for a faulty product in a very rude manner manners are free

We visited the Posh Home outlet at DFO Moorabbin last weekend and found that they are celebrating their second birthday with some fantastic 70% off Christmas and 50% off specials. Lots of great Christmas items and gift ideas so definitely worth a visit but be quick as this sale ends this Sunday 25th November!

I went to purchase a personalised book for $9.99 (for someone who's name is rarely featured). The lady at the counter was really blunt and rude as she was setting up the transaction. She then pushed some numbers into the pinpad and it came up at $10.00, I asked why she had typed $10.00 in instead of $9.99 and she said it's the same thing isn't it" - It would have been easier to push in $9.99. Not annoyed about the price as she refused to change it anyway
