Great staff…Competetive insurance.

Very disappointing experience/s. Premiums increased by circa 60% without notice / communication of any sort for the same level of cover. First time I was aware of the increase was when $1400 was deducted from my account (without authorisation) instead of the monthly premium of $800 I had been paying since increasing my level of cover in May. I approached them about this and it took a couple of weeks to get a reply after several follow-ups. The response eventually given for the increase was basically 'this is the offer from Elders'. They are not responsive, their policy documents are horrific to read and understand. The above experience is in addition to other recent poor experiences with this insurance provider. If I could have rated them less than 1 star I certainly would have. Will be shopping around in the New Year.

Changed my insurance over to Elders Insurance Ulladulla after being let down by my previous insurer and being left on hold for over 45mins multiple times.I got to talk to an actual local about my new cover and wasn’t put on hold at all! Couldn’t be happier with this service!
