Phil and Tina run an excellent family business. Professional, friendly, and polite. Very generous billing quarterly with plenty of time to pay and very happy to discuss and modify if there are discrepancies or queries.Phil can be relied upon to do the job even if the bin service changes schedule. If they collect late and it’s too late to clean he will notify you and it’s done early the next day without fail. He’s never missed a day without letting us know the reason. Bin collection doesn’t stop for public holidays and neither does Phil.Brilliant scrub clean every time - consistent! Along with environmentally friendly sanitising and deodorising products and NO WASTE IN THE GUTTER! The bins are cleaned in an enclosed, specially engineered trailer with self water supply (i.e. no need to provide a hose or tap) and waste receptacle so nothing emptied out onto your lawn or on the street. Bins are dried then placed neatly up on the nature strip to confirm clean.Organised as a Father’s Day gift “subscription” 2021 with very easy communication and quick start date and we haven’t looked back.Thanks Phil and Tina!
