Extremely underwhelming and overpriced. Very hard to contact company directly. Phone number leads to a recorded message. Email responses take hours. Then, when I got a reply staff were extremely unhelpful I had to contact courier company myself. Will not be using service again and would not recommend.

Do NOT RECOMMEND! What 2 terrible experiences!!In the 1st order they delivered a DEAD plant.In the 2nd order they LOST IT! AND REFUSE TO GIVE COURIER PROOF IT WAS EVEN DELIVERED.SO LOST OVER $129 ON AN igift Hamper!! The online customer service is useless and the phone number is automated with no real person taking any accountability!! Just rip-offs that take your money!!Do not use this company!!

Really disappointed with this hamper. On the website it asks if you would like to pay extra for an ice pack to enable them to include 'cherries, berries, grapes' etc. When the hamper arrived it didn't contain any berries or cherries and we were told it was due to the season. I suggest adjusting the website if you cannot provide that listed. The half of fruit in the box was already over ripe and we had to throw it away. The company did offer a refund but we needed it for an event in the office so had to make do. Very sad with the expensive price tag!

Have a really bad experience recently. The deliver man not able to locate the address correctly and my fruit hampers not in a ideal manner. They still charging me extra $ for express but didn't do the job correctly. Not recommended.

After an initial mishap by the courier our delivery was delayed by a few days and the cherries were going off. I contacted iGift and they promptly dispatched another hamper to replace the original one at no charge. The cherries were brilliant. It's nice to know that iGift has the ethics and good customer focus to make good any problems that might occur.Highly recommended.

I'm very disappointed with iGift fruit hampers my order didn't even get to the right address, they lost my order, I requested a refund by emailed which I didn't get, therefore I don't never want to deal with this company again.

I gifted this to a family member and was not thrilled with the presentation. Upon providing feedback to the company I was told they're sorry I didn't like the presentation and that sometimes things get knocked around on the way to their destination. Judge for yourself from the advertised image vs. what was delivered. Presentation aside, I was told the contents were lovely and the hamper was enjoyed.

I wish I could have put 0 stars for these guys. What an experience and I should have read the reviews first before ordering. People please don't even waste your money......find someone that would help you and not belittle you.
