Its horrible! Did my lash extensions here and my eyes became like frog eyes the next day! And the lady was not accomodating. They didnt care about my sore puffy eyes and only refunded half. Put removal cream direct to my skin when its already irritated and told her not to! I do not recommend this please be careful and not use they lash extension services.

I use to use Zubia’s at the same place before it became Classic threading and they were always awesome. Since being Classic Threading, I’ve been 3 times and 2 of those 3 times I got cut with the thread and I was bleeding. I’ve been having my eyebrows done by various zubias for years and years and never once had an issue.

Had a lash lift + tint done and my eyelashes are absolutely ruined! They stick to my skin and then curl the opposite way. I hope my lashes will recover but wouldn't go back to this place ever again!

I received eyelash extensions just today , the worst set I've ever received. No isolation just glued straight ontop of eyelashes white glue stains underneath , and so close to the eyelash line it hurts when I blink and so much glue built up its scratches my eyes. I will never go back there ever again. Have had to call another service to have them removed

Very professional, the service was amazing and the lady was very kind and understanding of asking what I wanted. I have thick eyebrows and she tidied them up and arches them more at my request. High recommend
