Went in tonight to get two Sundays one plain and the other with only a little bit of chocolate. The lady with the scarf said it would be $8.90. I gave her $9.50 went back and forth for about a minute trying to explain to her that she needs to give me 60cents change. Next time hire someone who has basic mathematical skills.

Hire some adults please. Was refused service because aparently it was drive through and uber pickup only. When I told her I don't have a car someone in the back laughed out loud at me. Such disrespect. Also another time the frozen drink pearl toppers containers were all uncovered and within reach of any customer, so anyone could contaminate the containers if they wanted to. Not to mention bugs can fall in.

WOW I ordered online waiting along time for my order. A customer goes to get served at the counter, while I'm still waiting gee they get there meal before mine. I ordered a tea & muffin, they get there coffee & hamburger order before me. What a disappointment.I thought if you have an online order they do it first. My order said now ready in store. I waited like half an hour when I got there.I asked the staff if my order was ready they said no.

5 stars for the cleanest fast food shop we have been to in recent times. Spotless. The burgers were ok, but seemed to be missing a few vegetables eg onions.

Worst customer service..Food...This is third time .. same things...I asked for veggies burger and paid extra for Hot sauce everything.. there was no sauce.. paid extra for nothing.

It’s just waste of time and effort to go and have some quick drive through. As fries were soggy burger wasn’t fresh at all.

I ordered a boneless chicken 5 pieces and i got 10 nuggets and couldn’t go back again. But they charged me the price for boneless chicken pieces. Not happy with their service!!!!

bought burgers today, very tasteless, Coca-Cola diluted with water. Orange juice is not good. Expensive, not worth the money. I got poisoned by that burger. I do not recommend ANYONE to stop by here

Whenever we order a vegan whopper it's patty is always cold and dry. I haven't had this experience at other Hungry jacks. I even told them please make sure the party is hot. I am happy to wait but it made no difference.To get a hot patty from this place is like lucky draw.
