Staff always very helpful and great with my daughter. Very convenient location and fantastic nurturing environment.

Absolutely fantastic. The staff made the transition from family day care to pre-school really smooth for my daughter, who was a bit intimated by the different surroundings at first. I could leave each day knowing she was well looked after as they really took the time to sit with her and make sure she was comfortable and happy. She now talks about all her new friends all weekend. I love that she can do dancing and rugbytots through the Cottage, which leaves more time to enjoy her company when I'm not at work. My son is in the baby (Koala) room and I love that I could pop in to breastfeed and they worked with our normal daily naptime routine, so he sleeps just as well on daycare days as at home - sometimes better! He loves to climb, so the new playgrounds are perfect for him and he's already eyeing off the bikes!

Very unprofessional Director who doesn’t like parents who ask questions or raise concerns. Her response is ‘if you don’t like it you can go to another centre’!There wasn’t one week where my child didn’t come home with some illness. In 6 months he had a constant runny nose, fevers from the flu, conjunctivitis, hand foot and mouth, croupe and gastro! Again response to this concern is ‘it’s a day care thing’. Our new centre is fabulous and my child hasn’t been sick once!
