7-Eleven

Wow. Compared to other 7-elevens this place is dirty and disorganised. The coffee machines hadn't been cleaned. The store in Elwood, Port Melbourne and Albert Park are much more appealing. I will be avoiding this place next time I need to stop. I feel for the employee as he was busy behind the counter and served me in a very friendly and professional manner.

Very disappointed. Quite dirty inside and the staff member had a blow out when my wife asked if they have a lactose free coffee (which the 7-eleven down the road has). Will be skipping this one in future.

One of the workers had always been rude to my friends and i and this afternoon he yelled at us and accused us of stealing a donut then he threatened to tell the school even though none of us did anything wrong

The best 7 Eleven. It’s open 24/7. They have lovely staff who are very helpful. Food and coffee is always fresh.

If the website has a 0 star rating I would like to give them a 0 star. Worst customer ever, think carefully before top up your myki in this 7-11, you will lose your money. I top up $40 on my myki on Tue night around 8-9pm, I paid by cash and I forgot to ask the Indian lady to get the top up receipt. And the next day I checked in my myki in the station, myki showed a negative balance. Then I came back to the shop on Thursday (6pm) and asked them to check the CCTV and my myki payment history. The staff guy checked and called his manager, he told me to come back on weekdays between 9 - 3 pm, bz he couldn't check the CCTV and login to transfer money to myki. The issue is that I work full-time 5 days a week, how to come on weekends? I can't take my day off Bz of this $40. They asked me to leave my phone number and they will call after their manager checked the CCTV, until now they still can't solve the issue, and this issue is their fault, I feel like they tried to steal my $40 cash. Terrible customer service.

It's good store for all kind of things. I recommend to all.

horrible customer service, accused my daughter of shop lifting she offered to show her pockets and bag but cashier didn’t even bother checking . he said he had footage of her stealing and would report her but also said he didn’t have the password to check back to the security footage.

Changed the slurpy price and made the lids paper, now when I am done with my drink the paper lid looks like it has a disability
