Ordered a bin and payed up front. He called saying that the main route was closed, and was given directions for an alternate route. He then decided he didn't have time to drop the bin off despite the fact we still needed the bin. Then when we tried to arrange refund for the credit card payment, wouldn't reimburse the full amount and charged us for travel for a bin we never received. Tried to discuss it with him and he just hung up. Very disappointed. CRIMINAL!!!
