Clear Skincare Clinic Southport

I have visited this clinic for years. However, I visited around 5 weeks ago and on the weekend. I'd have to say the current staff are the best this clinic have had in years!Brooke treated me on the weekend & went above and beyond. Cara supported her with my take home products as my is quite sensitive.My prior booking - can't remember the staff name (she is new & blonde) was also great.Please stay at this clinic girls. You are all a breath of fresh air - kind, friendly & your effort is not going unnoticed. Thankyou!

Superrrr happy with my laser experience with Nina. She’s always very polite and professional and answers any questions or concerns as well as checking in that the treatment is going okay. I am very happy with my laser results over the last few treatments with her. Will definitely keep coming back to book in with her

Yesterday, I called multiple times and left a voicemail. I wanted to know before driving all the way from Pimpama if it was okay for my child to come in with me. I did mention he was seven years old. When I finally got an answer I told the woman my situation and she said she would check the room for spare glasses. If they had spare glasses he could come in, she said she would call me back to let me know if he could or could not. She also mentioned he was allowed to sit in the waiting room if they didnt have glasses to spare. Which I wasn't keen on leaving a seven year old alone. I didn't recieve a phone call back so I headed there. To arrive and have another woman not sure if it was the same person on the phone, I had not ever seen her before. Tell me my child wasn't allowed in the store and would have to wait outside. A seven year old wandering the mall, what if he was kidnapped if I let that happen I would be a horrible parent. I rescheduled and I will be attending my next appointment but will not return after. My previous experiences have been wonderful but this was not okay. Poor communication.

Making appointment a waste of time with nurse Sylvia as she will squeeze someone in on your time slot. I had a booking for 10am & arrived 10 mins early to be told by her that client prior having a review wants to go ahead with services so bad luck you will now have to wait a further 45mins. Reception girls horrified at this but unable to do anything. Very unprofessional & no communication to see if this was ok with me. Maybe she is just chasing any service she can sell.

I love treatments with Katie, she is so lovely and approachable with a wealth of knowledge, she won't push anything to upsell but will always seek the most appropriate treatment. And they feel really great.

Hands down the best beauty clinic I've been to! I am so happy with the service, Cara and Jessica are just so warm and welcoming. They have worked their magic on my skin! I have seen such beautiful results. Don't hesitate to book with them and start your skincare journey! With Love, Sondos <3

So disappointed! I have booked an appointment, waited for more than 30mins to call my name, and ended up the receptionist forgot to check me in! So disappointing. Just wasted my time! Will never go back again! Poor customer service!Update: the customer team reaches out to me. I appreciate the call and for trying to make up about the experience i had. May be in the future, I will reconsider your service as I already found other clinic, which for me, does best, not just their service but most especially customer service. Coz you know, it's just $12 service that I intend to buy, I know it's almost nothing but it's a series of treatment. At the end of the day, it will really comes down about how well your services are, and that includes customer service, which I believe makes your customer goes back and also endorse your clinic.
