We recently had our kitchen and laundry installed by Kitchen Connection Capalaba. From start to finish the process was flawless! Can't thank the team enough on the design, and finished product. Highly recommend.

I came in with measurements for some wardrobes and they were very helpful and were able to give you a design and a price of the wardrobes on the spot.They arranged the delivery and installation all on the same day.The ladies in the showroom were professional and clearly experienced and it was a great experience from start to finish

Kitchen Connection Capalaba! What more can I say, 5 stars! Honestly, the team lead by Franco are second to none. We had a new kitchen, laundry, flooring and four built ins completed for an investment property. Kitchen Connection managed the design phase including material and finishes selections right through to the trades on site. They were above and beyond as I was an interstate customer, communication was daily during the renovation as the trades required oversight especially when unexpected decisions were needed. Full renovation done and dusted inside of 3 weeks, back on the market and ready for a lucky tenant. Cheers Franco and the Kitchen Connection Team.

Unbelievable!! NOT IMPRESSED!!! How can any company expect a customer to sign a contract on the day. We were just looking around at options and agreed for someone to take measurements and advise approximate price. We were told by the manager and designer that they do not do quotes. Surely, everyone who is prepared to spend 10's of thousands of dollars will get more than one quote and not just sign with first company. KC's price was double than another well known company. I will never enter a KC showroom again. Be aware potential customers!!! I don't believe the 5 star reviews

I had my kitchen installed June 2016 and had a wonderful experience from when George visited my home in March 2016 to design my kitchen, to the installation in June.Everyone at the Capalaba store were extremely helpful and made the whole process easy and very professional. Along the way I changed things and once again the team at Capalaba were helpful and incorporated my changes so that I would be totally happy with my new kitchen, which I am.They were on time with the dates they gave me for completion, and the due date for installation.I can highly recommend the Capalaba team of Kitchen Connection as my experience was wonderful, and my kitchen is everything I wanted and so I'm delighted to recommend the Capalaba store for your next kitchen.

After waiting 5 weeks for my kitchen to be delivered. I received a call stating that my kitchen had been put on hold and had not even started production even though delivery and installer was booked for that day. Full payment was received a week prior to delivery date.I was told no compensation would be given even though they have breached the contractural dates. I had spent extra money on trades to be completed in the allocated time stated on the contract which now would have been spent elsewhere due to an extra 3 week wait.Very poor communication and customer relations. Will not use again

The Sales staff in the Capalaba store were fantastic. We felt valued and welcome in the showroom. We are really happy with the finsihed product (design and quality) and the majority of sub-contractors were excellent. The finished product also came in largely on budget. But there's one glaring issue...The reason for the 3 star review is that communication has been astoundingly poor from our designer and project manager. Very polite and knowledgeable in general but right from signing the contract it has often taken weeks for us to get replies to emails and phone calls. The 1800 number is pointless as they are very unhelpful and just say we'll transfer you to XYZ's mobile". After over 2 months we are still waiting to get a minor issue rectified.It might just be that the Capalaba staff are overbooked

We used Kitchen Connection twice. First to install a small walk in wardrobe, which turned out pretty average. Second we spent quite a lot on a new kitchen. When we had the consultation we were led to believe it would take two weeks and it would run smoothly. After numerous delays our install was finally about to happen. They seriously thought it was a good idea to demolish the old kitchen and then not come back for another week to start the install leaving us without a kitchen for an additional week. Two weeks turned out to be three weeks. Our installer was only given two days to demolish and install which he said was too little. This lead to him really demolishing the old kitchen, taking chunks of the wall out. Three out of our four trades came in higher than quoted in the consultation. The kitchen looks good but not amazing and why wouldn't they offer a plaster to finish the job! Because they don't your new kitchen is framed by clear evidence of the removal of the old kitchen. Oh and our appointed project manager, he was never available, in the end we just worked with all the trades our self, we never saw him, he hardly ever answered his phone AND he never called or came to check on the job ever! We won't be using them again. Currently using Kinsman for a large walk in wardrobe, I will post a review of them once they are done.

All work done by subcontractors, sparkies and plumbers they use are double the cost of others. You pay upfront and when things change and go wrong good luck getting it rectified. Ended up rectifying problems our selves as project manager didn't really seem to care. If we ever redo our kitchen again I would look elsewhere. The ladies at the store where more helpful than anyone else.

The experience from beginning to end, was hassle free, informative and enjoyable. The showroom was excellent displaying an amazing array of styles, designs, colours etc. The staff were patient and happy to help. The design process was very professional and I was grateful for the advice given. The demolition was quick and the installation by Kane was flawless. There was good communication between parties. Overall, I am very happy with the end result. Thank you
