Great service from a very knowledgable and professional team. We did a renovation with Freedom in January and are thrilled with the results. Great advice on fittings and materials which we could choose in their own showroom and work was carried out in a professional and timely manner. Would absolutely recommend Freedom for convenience and quality. Our customers also love our new space, thank you!

Professional job by professional peopleWe recently had our ensuite and second bathroom renovated simultaneously, they look beautiful. Ben who provided the quotes, was really honest, easy to deal and communicate with. All trades persons who attended were meticulous in tidiness and work quality. There was minimum fuss and disruption. The work was completed faster than expected which I think reflects the experience and knowledge of Freedom Bathrooms. Would very highly recommend this company for any bathroom renovations. Good planning & upfront communication, delivery not there at completion.Whilst lots of time and attention was given to the project during the planning stages i feel the ball was dropped about 75% of the way through which ruined the experience for me. Overall experience - too many delays. I flew up from Sydney for a final inspection, no one from Freedom turned up and the work was far from complete. I made a further 2 trips with the same outcome, my time and flight costs wasted. I could not get them to finish the job, they were dawdling and there was minimal communication. I had a couple of bathrooms done and they did some general renovation work around other parts of the house, and look -the bathrooms do look good -but was it worth the pain and cost to get there? I am sure there could have been a much easier and less stressful way - in retrospect i know I should have chosen another company. Two of my gates on the property were broken during the work, i have had to pay to fix them myself, and not to mention the state that my toilet was left in after the workmen had been there, unfortunately.[note a number of comments in the response from the owner are not factually correct. I have contacted the owner to let them know.]

The team at Freedom Bathrooms have looked after our projects from beginning to end. We have worked with them 3 times to complete renovation work at our home, as well as calling on them for help with day to day maintenance issues after the main projects have been completed.Their work is always completed to a very high standard, they manage every aspect of the work so that the construction is smooth and worry free.They kept us fully informed and worked hard to make everything just the way we planned.We can’t recommend them highly enough and they will be our first choice for future renovation projects.

Needed our bathroom redone due to flood. Made quite clear we would reuse bath and toilet. Asked for a itemised quote. Obvious he didn't listen to much of what I said. Quote was not itemised but included things that didn't need doing I had already told him about for example - all the electrics had been redone and were hooked up ready to go. Part of quote was do supply and replace the 2 outlets. Just one example of 8 items Jim had not listened to me about. Did the bathroom ourselves in the end for 30 % of what was quoted

Unfortunately I can't recommend Freedom Bathrooms and Renovations. The process was great up until the contract was signed and work commenced, then it went downhill fast. Project management was non-existent. Communication was extremely poor - it was mostly one sided with me making all contact to get status updates. We were never informed when contractors would be working so had people turn up without any notice. We had tilers turn up on a Sunday morning at 8.30am to work, without any notice. There was a week with no work done, and I had to phone Freedom to find out what was going on. Our tiles went missing (which was only realised when I questioned when the tiling would start), we had 2 cracked bath tubs arrive, we had an issue with the light installed which took about 3 weeks and multiple phone calls for Freedom to finally come out and fix. The bathroom was completed but there was no final cleaning, there was no certificate of practical completion provided and there was no follow up to see if we were happy with the renovation. We also had an issue with one of the vanity mirror cabinet doors coming off it's hinges. We asked Freedom multiple times to come and take a look, after many ignored phone calls and emails they finally said it wasn't covered by the manufacturers warranty (fair enough), and they were not prepared to take a look at it as it would cost a few hours of their time and it wasn't their fault. After expressing my disappointment I was told they would look into giving us a brand new cabinet, but that was about 2-3 weeks ago and they are now ignoring me, again. I am a fairly easygoing person, don't consider myself to be difficult to deal with and had no issue with some delays due to COVID and illness, but when you're spending $27k on a bathroom renovation you expect a certain level of service and communication, which we did not receive. Fortunately the work completed by Freedom's contractors was great, and we are happy with our new bathroom. However the experience was very stressful and I am disappointed that I chose a company that clearly doesn't place importance on customer service and satisfaction, once the contract has been signed.

Extremely negligent and unprofessional service!Before signing the contract, Freedom Bathrooms staff were very nice, responded to all emails and answered any questions I had. Things changed quickly after the contract was signed.There were many delays. The job was originally quoted to be done in 3 weeks, in reality it came to 3 months.They didn’t read installation specifications for products before attempting to install them, as a result a bathtub was installed incorrectly, bath filler they made us to return to the supplier at our own loss of money, and then we were asked to pay extra money for installation of another spout with mixer, which was also installed in the wrong place by their plumber! When this was brought to their attention their response was along the lines of 'near enough is good enough we're not changing it'. We showed them all the products before we purchased them to specifically avoid any issues like what was previously described - unfortunately they were inept and mistakes kept happening.The Project Manager almost never did any supervision and ignored my emails and calls for weeks. He even asked me to take photos of the progress of the job and send to him, because he didn't come to the site to inspect himself to see with his own eyes. Work was not coordinated effectively and performed to a low standard.Even some information like painting ceiling and colour of the door which was discussed, agreed and was noted on the drawings, they didn’t write it in the contract, so it was not painted, and then they asked to pay extra for that later!I'm still getting other trades people in to rectify the mistakes made by Freedom Bathrooms. Unfortunately, some of the mistakes are not possible to repair. Beware - avoid this company and its unscrupulous owner at all costs!

The crew from Freedom Bathrooms & Renovations were prompt and professional. Works were completed sooner than originally quoted, with no extra costs and we could not be happier. Thank you Freedom.

They quoted the job, then signed a contract and now do not respond to emails or calls.The owner Jim just ignores people so clearly doesn't need customers. Worst thing is we have a signed contract so cannot get other builders involved till freedom decide to officially cancel our contract and inform us of there reasoning....

Renovated 2 bathrooms with Freedom Bathrooms.At substantial cost.Eventually got there. But Couldn’t recommend FB.Sub contractors that were used made 2 major “avoidable” bloopers.Alleged project management basically non existent.Project manager Didn't keep you informed. Never responded to requests, unless pressed to do so.Even then came back with vague unusefull responses.There were delays waiting on 3rd parties to complete tasks.Once 3rd party items were completed/installed, there was no urgency/ priority given by FB to finish their remaining tasks.I Requested FB to send plumber to finish their part. Initial Request was ignored.Then Long delay to get plumber & fitter onsite to finish the job,And only came after continual chasing.Once you pay most of the cost, you become low priority.
