Amazing!!! Billy was recommended to me by a friend and I simply showed him a photo of what I wanted and the result was pefect! In and out of there in under 45 minutes!! Highly recommend! AA+++ :)

I’ve been coming to The Medusa Wave for many years for the absolute best blow waves. It’s very hard to come by a decent hairdresser, so when you find someone that can work with especially thick hair, you book them time and time again. Book in early because it can get quite busy!

The absolute best hair salon I have ever been to! Billy is so accommodating and always goes above and beyond to ensure my hair is perfect. I always walk out of the salon feeling 100% happy with my hair. I have been going to Medusa Wave for a couple of years now and I will never go anywhere else! Without a doubt the best salon in Melbourne.

I had my extensions done by Frank. Getting my extensions helped boost my confidence and completely changed my life. Frank is an exceptionally hard worker and his attention to detail is unlike anywhere else. I will always keep coming back to Medusa wave. I don’t think you could find incredible customer service like it is here. Highly recommend it 10/10.

Got my kid a hair cut and was the worst ever . Was concentrating on getting the cut done rather than doing a good job. Got my hair blow waved and got my scalp burnt . Very negligent .
