Peaceful for walking in the nature reserve. You can do a lap of the lake in a out 30 minutes and go up the bird watching tower for a view from a higher vantage point.Lots of pelicans plus ducks, swans, and other bird life.Seats provided along the way and a Jetty at one spot.Popular with locals. Dogs must be kept on a leash.

Beautiful place especially when the sun is setting, love going to this place for quiet walks can get annoying with motor bike and RC cars sometimes. Be careful of snakes if you bring dogs in the summer

A beautiful place for a walk! We made our way all around the lake with a pram. There are some bumpy sections, and some grassed sections. There are thrombolites here, although you don't get up close to them like at Lake Clifton south of Mandurah. Some beautiful shady sections. Well worth exploring - especially the streams that flow into the lake. I was not expecting such a picturesque setting! The lake is teeming with birds. The elevated lookout is a great spot to look out!

I've camped here many times when escaping domestic violence. It is such a beautiful and serene place to appreciate. There is an abundance of life to celebrate at this lagoon. A mosquito net is necessary at night due to the many sewerage run offs that lead to this location.

Always good place to see Pelicans flying aboutwalking around full lake is long but there is a lookout tower there lots of photos to take therekeep to path lots of picnic tables near car parkDogs need to put on leash animal traps now wheel chairs and prams not ideal lake is fulllots of gnats currently TIGER SNAKE ALERT

Beautiful at the moment with all the rain. The swans swim right to the edge and walk onto people's lawns on Lake St.Heaps of wildlife, including eagles, mountain ducks, blue wrens & long necked turtles.
