Eyebrow wax and tint.I have been utilising their beauty services for years via Phoebe - who has since left, but now I wIll never go back. Since my usual beautician had left, I tried someone else. The wax was very hot and pulled off very slowly, to the point that swelling of my eyelids is only just going down several weeks later. One eyebrow was noticeably higher than the other, and a completely different shape. I asked if it could be rectified and the beautician begrudgingly agreed. However, she literally fluffed around for 5 minutes and removed a couple of hairs from one eyebrow. On my way out the manager/owner? - could see that I was not happy and requested a second artist to review. The second artist did her best to rectify and at least make the brows even.Disgusting and embarrassing.

A big shout-out to Avalon, who is an absolute MAGICIAN with a pot of wax! Honestly, she's perfected her waxing technique down to a precise art, and she's so fast, thorough, and miraculously the experience is almost pain-free. Of course the other services she provides and the other therapists are absolutely fabulous too, and it's why I'm a long-term customer at Caj! Thanks

I received an eyebrow wax and tint here yesterday and it was not a positive experience.When making my booking over the phone, I specifically requested Veronica, as I had heard really good things about her work. I find that if I alternate between different beauticians at Caj, that it can be a bit hit or miss.When I arrived, I did not have Veronica as my beautician. I overheard Veronica politely request that one of the other staff members see me as she was running a little behind. I was not consulted about this at all - despite specifically requesting a particular person.The eyebrow wax I received was the most painful wax I have ever had. The wax seemed extremely hot and was pulled off slowly, making it very painful. Afterwards, I was quick to get out of there and when I got back to my car, I realised that my upper eyelids were bleeding. I am not sure if the wounds above my eyelids are from the wax being so hot, or the slow motion action of pulling the wax off, but it is completely unacceptable.I have a mark above my right eye and about a one inch mark above my left eye, which can't even be covered with make-up, as the skin is completely off.Between the bad wax and negative attitude and poor customer service of the lady who serviced me - I will not be returning.

My friend and I went here to get a Brazilian and leg waxing, it was a great experience. Veronica and Avalon were quick, efficient, patient and professional. Thank you both for your service and kindness. The prices were reasonable as well and we paid $116 for Brazilian and a full leg. Would definitely come back again! Thanks guys, we are very happy with the experience and service.

Emily was an amazing stylist.She was great to chat with, felt very relaxed and enjoyed my whole experience.Also she did the best blow wave I've had for a long time.Highly recommend her and facilities.My new local to get hair care.Karen.
